Adam - Hullbridge: My 1st Marathon - Brighton 2016

Hi it's Adam here, I have never really done much exercise I my life, just a little bit of jogging over the last few years, I have just kept active. My wife, was highly recommended to Jon, and suggested I might like to see him. 

When I first met Jon, he was great at quickly putting me at ease, listening to my background and suggesting the best way to achieve the goals I wanted. We quickly realised that I would enjoy the challenge of a Marathon and set about training for Brighton 2016. It seemed like a massive ask, but Jon broke the training down and managed me throughout via a tailored programme for my marathon expectations. He explained each stage, and how it was building me towards the goal. Along the way i done The Great Bentley Half Marathon as part of my Marathon training and thoroughly enjoyed it.

He really goes on the journey with you, an amazing guy, giving you all the support you need. He believes and inspires. I completed the Brighton Marathon in a tad over 4 hours, it was a fantastic day, a real sense of achievement. Jon ran the Marathon with me and my friend was there too! What more could you ask for, "Awesome!"
