Whether your a beginner or a seasoned athlete research has shown that without a specific strength training programme at some point you will experience an injury whilst training for your given event.

This can be easily avoided with the addition of a specific strength programme.

Our aim is to help keep you strong and educate you through proper coaching toward a given event whilst staying injury free.

You can choose to follow a programme online or 121 coaching sessions with Coach JB.

The consultation is free and will be done either by phone if your looking to choose the online package or in person if you are looking to train 121.

Spaces are limited as Coach JB only works with a certain number of clients, so hurry while there is still space.
